The app dint work on my phone,I was very disappointed even after following the steps,I had the PDFs downloads but I was not able to get the routes as my phone android would not support the app.

Hi Stella,
you do realise that we don’t actually sell the app we sell the route file that works with apps, I get that you maybe disappointed with the situation but we provide the detail of the route which it seems that you were then able to create a print out from, just seems that a 1 start review was a little harsh given its based on the app that we didn’t sell you but you did have the routes. hope you pass though, good luck
