Hi Kara, checked your order and I can see that you’ve downloaded it 3 times, when you say you couldn’t access it, could you be more specific so that we can help you out? The common problem we find is that people often don’t understand how to unzip a zipped/compressed file. It’s a very simple process and is just some basic IT skills but possibly you may not have realised it was a zip file, the other issue we find sometimes is that people haven’t followed the how-to-use document. I bought the Portsmouth test routes and they were such a great help, it was like having the driving instructor in the car but not having to pay for it. I passed first time in just 8 weeks
